Realistic switching of light-signals via accessory addresses:

With the LS-DEC Light-Signal Decoder LS-DEC is it possible to switch light signals via accessory addresses. Ideal for Memory- (IB-switch) und PC-control. No further circuitry required. The signal wiring is simply connected to the Light-Signal-Decoder with practical and secure clamps.

Via the Light-Signal-Decoder LS-DEC-KS is the digital switching of two Ks-Signals of the Ks-Signalsystem from the Deutsche Bundesbahn possible. It is possible to connect and control Ks-Entry, Ks-Exit, Ks-Advance-Signals and as well Ks-Entry- and Ks-Exit-Multiple-Section-Signals with up to 16 Signal-Aspects.

The LED´s from the signals will flash realistic during the relevant aspects.

Signal aspects will not simply be cross faded but as realistic the prior aspect will be firstly dimmed and after a short dark phase the new signal aspect will appear. The light emitting diodes will be dimmed up and down during this process.

The series resistors for the light emitting diodes are integrated within the Light-Signal-Decoder LS-DEC.

Suitable for all LED-light signals with common anode or common cathode.

Ks-Signals from company alphamodell contain non-removeable series resistors. To assure sufficient brightness of the LED`s is it possible to extend the Light-Signal-Decoder-Decoder LS-DEC-KS with the Adapter Adap-LS-A .

The signal current has not necessarily to be supplied by a booster but can be directly feeded into a separate input from a model railroad transformer. This saves expensive digital current.

With a jumper you can select if the decoder shall operate on a Märklin-Motorola system or on a digital system with DCC Standard.

Decoder of the Digital-Professional-Series can be used on your digital system without any problems because they are compatible to the Märklin-Motorola-Dataformat respectively to the DCC Standard.
You will get a 24 month warranty on the finished modules and on the finished modules in a case.

Each decoder LS-DEC-KS will be supplied with a detailed Operating- respectively Assembly Instruction. Additionally to the Operating Instruction please load the file "LS-DEC-KS..." from our "Digital-Compendium" onto your PC. Within this info-file you will find detailed tips and various hints for the digital operation of KS-light signals.
