Increasing the the reading distance by up to 50% if the Transponder-Readers (COL-10) of the train number identification TrainDetect will get the power supply from the Plug-In Power Supply Device SNG-10.

The reading distance of a glass pipe transponder (left) will be up to 30 mm, the reading distance of a disc transponder (right) will be up to 40 mm, if the readers COL-10 get an AC power supply of 14 to 18 Volt. By supply the readers COL-10 with a DC current of 13,5 Volt from the Plug-In Power Supply Device SNG-10 the reading distance will be extended by about 50%. One Plug-In Power Supply Device SNG-10 can supply up to 10 transponder Reader COL-10. |
